
The blue line (actual weight) has clearly crossed the red one (goal weight). I plan to correct that in the next three weeks. Wish me luck.
In this blog, I plan to 1) create a custom weight loss program that will work within my busy family life, and 2) record my thoughts, progress, successes, and failures over the next 8 months as I lose 75 pounds and return to my "normal" weight.
