Weigh-In: 06/06/2008

Goal weight: 198 lbs.
Actual weight: 180.5 lbs.

Goal loss since last week: 4 lbs.
Actual gain/loss since last week: 0.5 lbs. lost

Analysis: I did a moderate amount of exercise this week, in spite of the oppressive heat wave that has hit our region. I also did reasonably well on my diet. So, I expected to lose more than just a half a pound this week. Oh well, I'll keep at it and hope for better results next week.
