In this blog, I plan to 1) create a custom weight loss program that will work within my busy family life, and 2) record my thoughts, progress, successes, and failures over the next 8 months as I lose 75 pounds and return to my "normal" weight.

Great job anyway Constance! I think you're making great progress! I would suggest loosing as much as you can and then making a new goal after Christmas..
